KI-IWJ Summer Internship for Worker Justice Announced

April 29, 2010

The Kalmanovitz Initiative and Interfaith Worker Justice are collaborating in creating a Summer Internship for Worker Justice.  The program is meant to give students–from graduate students and those undergoing formal religious training to advanced undergraduates who have a faith-informed commitment to economic  justice–to an opportunity to deepen their faith commitment and gain organizing experience.

The paid internship will involve two one-week training and debriefing sessions at IWJ in Chicago (one at the beginning and one at the end)  and 8 weeks of work at the Kalmanovitz Initiative at Georgetown University.  For more information.  The application deadline is May 11.  For more details, check here.
